2Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) used in examples are effective as of April 21, 2021.  On the first Change Date, APR cannot increase more than TWO percentage points above the initial rate.  On the second Change Date and every change date thereafter, your rate cannot increase or decrease more than TWO percentage points.  The maximum amount that the APR can rise under this program is SIX percentage points over the term of the loan.  The rate will be based on the index plus our margin. The index is the weekly average yield on United States Treasury Securities. Taxes and insurance premiums are not included in the payment examples and the actual payment obligation may be greater.
